Lacey Faughender is a licensed clinical social worker and an active member of the NASW. She received her Bachelors of Science in Human Development and Family Sciences with an option in Early Child Development as well as a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology with an option in Criminology from Oregon State University in 2009. Lacey then went on to receive her Masters of Social Work with a certificate of Animal Assisted therapy from Denver University in 2014. She returned to the Pacific Northwest following her graduate degree and began servicing the community through county based mental health programs. In 2021, she completed the Therapeutic Horticulture Activity Specialist Career Pathway certificate at Portland Community College. She has actively practiced in the field under a multitude of settings providing therapy and resources to her clients. She specializes in talk therapy, animal assisted, and horticultural therapy. In her downtime, Lacey enjoys reading and gardening.
